Meilenstein erreicht: Schlitzwand planmäßig fertiggestellt

Die Schlitzwandarbeiten beim Projekt FOUR sind abgeschlossen. Es besteht nun eine durchgängige Baugrubenumschließung in Form einer Betonwand, die einmal um das gesamte Areal verläuft und an einigen Stellen bis zu 40 Meter tief ist. Die Schlitzwand dient zur Sicherung der Baugrube, zur Lastabtragung sowie zur Abdichtung gegen das Grundwasser.

Die Baugrube wird aufgrund der dichten Nachbarbebauung und den Kräften, die von den angrenzenden Gebäuden einwirken, in Deckelbauweise erstellt. Der Deckel aus Beton lagert auf der Schlitzwand sowie auf 231 Primärstützen.
